Rope switch

The rope switch is composed of a pull rod, a reset handle, a cam, a lock groove and a micro switch.
The rope switch is mounted on the frame on both sides of the belt conveyor, and the switch is connected by the wire rope along both sides of the conveyor. When an emergency occurs in the conveyor belt equipment, the steel wire rope is pulled anywhere along the line. The wire rope pulls the driving arm to rotate, and the torque spring is driven by the transmission shaft to displace the precision cam, and the micro switch is driven to cut off the control line, so that the conveyor stops running.

The rope switch shall be installed at the place where the maintenance access is provided on both sides of the conveyor. The installation position shall ensure that the maintenance personnel are convenient to operate in an emergency.
1. Fix the rope switch to the rack.
2. The distance between the two switches on one side is about 50m, and the wire rope with the diameter of Φ4 is connected. The tightness should be moderate.
3. In order to reduce the influence of the self-weight of the wire rope on the start of the switch, a bracket is installed on the frame every 3m to support the wire rope.
4. The other end of the wire rope is attached to the tension spring (fixed with a rope buckle). The tensioner is used to tension the ropes on both sides without affecting normal use, and the tension on both sides is balanced.
(Note: For the climbing machine of the climbing section, the switch spacing and the length of the rope should be shortened as much as possible.)
1. Cut off the main power supply first, then use the universal meter to measure the live line. The switch must be installed at one end of the live line.
2. Cut the fire wire at the appropriate place, there are two joints, and the pull switch also has two joints.
3. Peel the two joints of the live wire to expose the wire, and connect them to the two joints of the switch.
4. Cut off the long wire in the connected joint to prevent the two wires from colliding with the short circuit.
5. Unscrew the cover of the cable switch and you can see that there is a metal shaft with a hole at one end.
6. There is also a hole on the side of the plastic case of the pull switch. Firstly, pull the pull wire through the hole of the plastic case to introduce the pull wire into the pull switch, and then introduce one end of the pull wire into the rotating shaft, knot it, and shorten the cable after the knot is too long. That's it.
7. Finally, screw the cover of the cable switch to prevent electric shock.
