2, the principle of the rope switch

The rope switch is mounted on the frame on both sides of the belt conveyor, and the wire rope is used to connect the switches along both sides of the conveyor equipment. In the case of an emergency in the conveyor belt equipment, the wire rope is pulled anywhere along the conveyor. The wire rope will pull the drive arm to start rotating, and the torsion spring will be driven by the transmission shaft, so that the precise cam will be displaced and the two-way rope switch will be driven to cut off. 5, pull rope switch installation

Third, the distance between the two switches on each side is about 50m, and the wire rope with the diameter of Φ4 is connected, and the elasticity should be kept moderate.
Fourth, in order to reduce the influence of the self-weight of the wire rope on the start of the switch, a bracket should be installed on the frame every 3m to support the wire rope.
