Tear switchThe tear switch can provide an alarm signal to the monitor or turn off the conveyor when the conveyor belt is torn, punctured, damaged at the junction, or sharp. The tear switches are mounted in pairs on either side of the conveyor belt and are connected by two sections of vinyl jacketed aerospace wire. One end of the aviation wire rope is fixed on the support bracket; the other end is connected to the pull ring of the tear switch, and the two sections of the aviation wire rope form a monitoring surface under the conveyor belt, and when the object or the torn belt is suspended, it is swept down to the aviation wire rope. When the air rope pulls the tear switch pull ring to make it move, the tear switch sends an alarm signal or a stop signal.
Installation and Use:
Switching balanced installation On the rack mount bracket.
·Install the switch in pairs on both sides of the tape and pull the two switches with a wire rope Connect the rings and use the lifting eye to make the wire rope run parallel to the tape.
·Drawstring action should be appropriate to ensure reliable reset of the switch.
·A tape can be installed with multiple pairs of switches.
·The mounting bracket is not supplied with the switch. Need to buy another.
