Installation adjustments
The rope switch should be installed on the conveyor Where there are access passages on both sides, the installation location should ensure that the service personnel are convenient to operate in an emergency.
1. Fix the rope switch to the rack.
2. The distance between the two switches on one side is about 50m. Use a wire rope with a diameter of Φ4 to connect. The tightness should be moderate.
3. In order to reduce the influence of the weight of the wire rope on the start of the switch, a bracket is installed on the frame every 3m to support the wire rope.
4, the other end of the wire rope is attached to the tension spring (fixed with a rope buckle), and the tension ropes are used to tension the two sides of the rope without affecting normal use. Make sure the tension on both sides is balanced.
