Introduction

   Offset switch has two levels of angle, generally used: first level angle: 10, 12, 20. second level angle: 30, 35, 45.


Basic Principles

When the deviation occurs during the running of the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt touches the switch vertical roller and deflects the vertical roller. When the vertical roller deflection angle reaches the level 1 switch At the angle, the switch sends an alarm signal. When the conveyor belt runs off to a serious extent and reaches the level 2 switch angle, the switch sends a stop signal to automatically stop the conveyor belt deviation. When the belt deviation fault is removed and the belt conveyor is running normally, the switch vertical roller can be automatically reset to return to the initial state .

Install

1. The deviation switch is placed on both sides of the conveyor belt. The vertical roller should be perpendicular to the plane of the conveyor belt and the conveyor belt should be at the height of the vertical roller. /3.

2. The distance between the vertical roller of the deviation switch and the normal position of the conveyor belt should be 50~100mm.

3. The number of deviation switches should be determined according to the length, type and arrangement of the conveyor. It should generally be set at the conveyor head, tail, convex arc, concave arc and in the middle of the conveyor. (Note: When the conveyor is long, set one pair every 30~35 meters in the middle of the conveyor)

4. The deviation switch should be connected to the conveyor intermediate frame through the mounting bracket. The switch bracket should be welded to the conveyor frame after the conveyor is installed. The deviation switch and the deviation switch bracket are bolted.

Wiring cavity type deviation switch is based on the ordinary type of deviation switch with a waterproof wiring compartment, the field control cable can be directly connected to the wiring cavity To prevent the cable connector from being damaged by moisture and virtual connection.

Address coding type deviation switch is based on the common deviation switch and integrates XLline fieldbus technology to realize the address coding function. It is suitable for the operation of long belt conveyors as remote monitoring field devices, which solves the inconvenience caused by workers looking for fault points.

Address-encoded two-level deviation switch and integrated protection device (gateway) are connected by XLline fieldbus, supporting up to 128 addresses, and the same address can be Multiple switches are used at the same time. The biggest feature is that only one two-core cable can complete data transmission at the same time without power supply.

XLline fieldbus can finally be flexibly linked to major manufacturers PLC and computer interfaces.
