ZGDH-F-II intelligent slip switch
This switch is used for the new device for detecting the belt speed of the conveyor. It detects the belt speed in real time and has been widely used in the belt of the conveyor system, which provides a reliable detection method for the safe operation of the belt conveyor.
It needs to be installed horizontally on the conveyor bracket between the upstream tape and the downstream tape, so that the touch wheel and the surface of the tape have a certain pressure to prevent the malfunction of the wheel jump. When the touch wheel drives the inner pulse disk with the movement of the tape machine, the magnetic signal of the sensor is input to the control circuit when the pulse disk rotates, is amplified, and then counts. The count value is compared with the pre-valued number to determine the number of tapes, ie, normal speed, slip or overspeed, and the like. At the same time, the execution circuit outputs a corresponding switching signal.
Structure
The machine is composed of a touch wheel, a pulse plate, an electronic pulse switch, a casing, etc. The contact wheel is made of aluminum shaft, the surface milling groove is wear-resistant and slippery, the shell is made of aluminum, and the joint is equipped with a sealing ring even if the machine is equipped. Reduce weight and better waterproof performance;
The switch inside the machine is an independent normally open, an independent normally closed. If the belt speed is lower than the set speed, it can trip or stop (the general setting is 70%-80% of the normal)
